DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR KTEMB MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

The list of documents required for membership registration with the Cyprus Turkish Electrical Contractors Association (KTEMB) is provided below.

1. Documents Required for the Preliminary Membership Eligibility Certificate

(This certificate is used for procedures at the Social Insurance Department and the Revenue and Tax Department.)

• A diploma from the educational institution graduated from (for Electrical Technicians).

• Proof of at least two years of work experience under contractors who are members of KTEMB.

• An Authorization Certificate issued by the Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO). (This certificate must be renewed annually.)

2. Documents Required to Complete the Membership Application

• Taxpayer Registration Certificate issued by the Revenue and Tax Department.

• Company Approval Certificate (required for limited liability companies or partnerships).

• Active Employees Report issued by the Social Insurance Department.

• Copies of the identity cards or passports of the employer and the personnel.

• Two passport-sized photographs each of the employer and the personnel.

• Registration fee and membership fee (payable following approval by the Evaluation Board).
