KTEMB Holds Second Regional Meeting in Kyrenia
The second of the regional meetings organized by the Turkish Cypriot Electrical Contractors Association (KTEMB) was held in Kyrenia following the first meeting in Morphou (Güzelyurt). Members of the Association operating in the Kyrenia region came together to evaluate the current state of the electrical sector, the challenges being faced, and possible solutions.
During the meeting, recent developments in the sector were discussed, while members also shared the problems they encounter in the field and their suggestions for addressing these issues. Participants conveyed their opinions and recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the steps that should be taken to strengthen the profession and further improve the sector.
The meeting was considered highly productive, with particular emphasis placed on the importance of strengthening communication and solidarity among members. It was noted that increasing cooperation between the Association and its members is essential for building a stronger and more sustainable electrical contracting sector.
The KTEMB Board of Directors stated that the aim of these regional meetings is to establish direct communication with members, listen to the challenges faced in the sector firsthand, and continue the process of developing solutions through a more participatory approach.
