Program Name: Future is Energy
Program Objective
To address the employment gap in the electrical sector in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), guide young individuals into the industry, and create long-term career opportunities within the sector.
Target Audience & Eligibility
The program is open to individuals interested in the electrical sector, including:
- Electrical Engineers (EMO Members)
- 1st Class Technicians (Certified for 50 kVA and above by EMO)
- 2nd Class Technicians (Certified for 30 kVA by EMO)
- 3rd Class Technicians (Certified for 15 kVA by EMO)
- Full Wireman (Certified by EMO or holding an electrical diploma)
- Wireman (Without certification or diploma)
Applicants must:
- Be under the age of 25
- Have resided in TRNC for at least the last 3 years
- Be a graduate of an electrical-related school or possess basic electrical knowledge
- Have no legal restrictions on employment (open to both male and female candidates)
Training Opportunities (For Wireman Applicants Only!)
- A 40-hour hands-on training program tailored to market needs
- Successful participants will receive a KTEMB-approved certificate and job guarantee
- Certified participants will have priority employment opportunities in KTEMB member companies!
Training Fee: 10,000 TL
However! Those who commit to working for at least 2 years in a KTEMB member company will NOT be charged any fee!

Job Opportunities & Salaries
- Electrical engineers, electrical technicians, and full wiremen will be placed directly into employment at KTEMB member companies following an initial assessment.
- Wireman applicants will be placed in jobs after completing the 40-hour training.
- Salaries will be determined in consultation with companies based on certification and experience level.
