Pointing out that there is a need for people and qualified personnel working in the fields in the country, Bora Karaçam, President of the Turkish Cypriot Electrical Contractors Association, stated that they had to import this need from abroad, and although the salaries are satisfactory, the attraction of Southern Cyprus and the Public prevails; “Even our well-trained and good technical personnel became public personnel. "In our opinion, he is our rival in the state," he said.
Pointing out that stable governments, not early elections, are needed to eliminate the problem, Karaçam expressed his belief that the uniform Social Security Law should be revised and thus the appeal of the public will disappear.

In his statement after listening to the problems of the sector, Minister of Finance Alişan Şan pointed out that education and vocational acquisition should be encouraged first in order to eliminate the problem of domestic employment and qualified personnel.
Minister of Finance Şan stated that the sectors urgently need qualified workforce and that it is the system itself, not the private sector representatives, that is responsible for employing people from abroad because they cannot afford it, and added: “But now the solution to this problem is urgent. Our people need to be trained and encouraged to acquire a profession. "The number of our qualified personnel is decreasing, and this situation also affects our economy," he said.
Underlining that qualified personnel, masters and craftsmen have a respected place in many societies, Minister of Finance Alişan Şan stated that our valuable people and workforce in our country are gradually being depleted and that especially young people should be encouraged in this direction; “Art is learned in work. "I learned my father's profession, bodywork and painting, in the garage," he said.
On the other hand, Minister Şan pointed out that the private sector should be encouraged more.
