Description of the Required Work:

  • Grey color, collared, front zipper vest.

  • Color logo print (5 cm diameter) on the chest.

  • Below the logo: white text “Registered Member of the Association.”

  • Reflective (grey phosphorescent) stripe on the back, aligned under the shoulders.

  • On the back: “Cyprus Turkish Electrical Contractors Association (Registered Member).”

  • 2 front chest pockets with flaps (with grey reflective strips on the flaps).

  • Reinforced stitching on all reflective strip seams.

  • 2 side front pockets with flaps.

  • Fabric: Polyester-cotton blended gabardine.

  • Quantity: 600 pcs (Sizes: 300 Large, 300 X-Large).

Front Zipper (Closure) Details:

  • Full-length, durable, high-quality zipper (metal or heavy-duty plastic).

  • Chin guard cover at the top of the zipper (to prevent rubbing).

  • Zipper covered with flap and Velcro (to protect against rain, dust, and impact).

Pocket Details:

Chest Pockets (2 pcs):

  • With flap, closed by Velcro or snap fasteners.

  • Reflective strip on flap.

  • Size: approx. 14 x 16 cm (suitable for phone, small notebook, etc.).

Side Pockets (2 pcs):

  • With flap, closed by Velcro or snap fasteners.

  • Size: approx. 16 x 20 cm (suitable for tools, small notebook, gloves, etc.).

Additional Notes:

  • All pocket flaps and seams must be reinforced (double stitching).

  • Pocket flaps must be designed to prevent water and dust penetration.

Conditions:

  • Participation is open to real and legal persons registered as taxpayers in the TRNC.

  • Tenderers must submit their references along with their bids.

  • Prices must be quoted excluding VAT, and payment terms must be clearly stated in the offer.

  • Delivery time: within 30 calendar days after the signing of the contract. All work is subject to the approval of the contracting authority.

  • A contract will be signed with the tenderer submitting the most advantageous offer before commencement of work.

  • If the contractor fails to commence work after signing the contract (subject to contract terms), a penalty of 10% of the contract amount will be charged.
