2026 Agenda Technical Specifications

Specifications:

Job Title: Daily Agenda Production.
Dimensions: 17 cm x 24 cm.
Advertising Pages (Front Section): 40 color pages, 150 g coated paper (This number is an estimate. In case of any changes, the final count will be assessed at the payment stage on a +/- basis).
Technical Information Pages (Front Section): Ivory paper (112 black-and-white pages + 2 combined, folded color map pages).
Agenda Inner Pages: Ruled ivory paper (316 daily pages – weekends on a single page).
Cover: Hidden spiral binding, first-class thermo leather, inside of the cover lined with fabric matching the agenda color.
Cover Printing: Embossing.
Cover Color: Grey tone.
Quantity: 1,000 units.

Other Conditions:
i. The production of the agenda and the design of the advertisements to be included in it are considered as a single job. The awarded company will also undertake the graphic design of the collected advertisements. The graphic design costs for advertisements (full page, half page, quarter page) must be specified in the price offer.
ii. Offers shall be submitted in TL, excluding VAT. Payment terms must be specified in the offer.
iii. Offers must be submitted electronically by e-mail to [email protected] no later than the close of business on 20 August 2025. During the evaluation stage, samples may be requested from the bidders.
iv. Products must be delivered to KTEMB’s central office in Nicosia no later than 1 December 2025.

Notes:
i. Offers that do not comply with the specifications will not be considered.
ii. A sample similar to the requested agenda may be requested from the Union.
iii. A contract will be signed between the awarded company and KTEMB.
