2025 Agenda Technical Specifications

Features:

Name of the Job: Daily Agenda Production.

Size: 17 cm x 24 cm.
Advertisement Pages (Front section): 150 gr coated paper (40 pages in color).
Technical Information Pages (Front section): Ivory paper (112 pages black and white + 2 pages of combined folded color map).
Agenda inner pages: Plain lined, Ivory paper (316 pages daily - Weekends on a single page).
Cover: Hidden spiral, 1st class thermo leather, cover insides are covered with interlining in the agenda color.
Cover Printing: Embossed print.
Cover Color: Black tone.
Quantity: Two different offers will be given for 800 and 1000 pieces.
Other conditions:
i. Agenda production and design work of the advertisements to be included in the agenda are a whole. The company that receives the job will also undertake the graphic design for the advertisements to be collected. The graphic design works of the advertisements to be given to the agenda (full page-half page-quarter page) must be specified in the price offer.

ii. Offers will be given in TL and VAT will be excluded. Payment terms will be specified in the offer.

iii. Offers must be sent electronically to ktembmail@gmail and [email protected] by the end of business hours on August 30, 2024 at the latest. Samples may be requested from bidders during the offer evaluation phase.

iv. Products will be delivered to KTEMB's central office in Lefkoşa by December 1, 2024 at the latest.

Notes:
i. Offers that are not submitted in accordance with the specifications will not be evaluated.

ii. A sample similar to the agenda requested to be made can be obtained from the Union.

iii. A contract will be signed between the company that receives the job and KTEMB.
